Our Role in
Supported Accommodation

Property Sourcing

We find and secure high-quality homes tailored to the specific needs of care providers. Our sourcing strategy is demand-led, location-sensitive, and focused on long-term suitability for supported living.

Compliance & Safety

We ensure every property meets the standards expected by CQC, housing regulators, and local authorities. From fire safety to HHSRS compliance, we deliver homes that are safe, secure, and fully certified.

Adaptations

We work with care teams to deliver homes that are ready to meet the needs of their service users. Whether it’s wheelchair access, sensory-friendly design, or specialist fittings, we adapt properties to support comfort, dignity, and independence.

Full Management

We handle the day-to-day management of each property - covering maintenance, repairs, inspections, and tenant liaison. Our end-to-end approach gives care providers peace of mind and time to focus on delivering care.

Care-Aligned Housing

We understand that housing is part of the care plan. That’s why we prioritise stability, location, and longevity - ensuring homes remain suitable as needs evolve, supporting well-being and continuity of care.
